The people behind LBS

The talent behind executive HR education in Latin America

LBS trains HR executives from more than 1,200 companies across 20+ countries with i4cp methodology and Marsh / WTW / Korn Ferry benchmarks.

Faculty

Practitioners who lead the function they teach.

Every program is taught by someone who runs or has run that function at a leading organization in the region. Photo, company and title reflect their real practice.

Academic and commercial leadership functions

Behind the faculty are the institution's permanent functions. They are described so that it is clear how LBS operates, not as an open call: the path into these functions is an institutional conversation.

B2B Admissions
Guides HR directors and their teams in choosing the right program for their organization.
In-company
Designs and coordinates tailored programs for a single organization, with its own faculty and calendar.
Learning Success Manager
Owns each cohort's experience end to end: faculty, materials, pacing and learning outcomes.
Learning Developer
Turns practitioners' judgment into executive learning experiences, in person and digital.
Customer Success
Supports client organizations after each program so that capabilities take root and get measured.

LATAM network by city

One institutional representative per city.

LBS is present in every relevant market in Latin America through one institutional representative per city: an HR professional with a track record and a network of their own, linked to LBS by a representation agreement. They represent the institution before companies and executives in their market and open the conversation about programs, summits and in-company solutions.

Contributing specialists

Recurring collaborators on demand.

Every LBS cohort, summit and content piece is produced with specialists who collaborate on a recurring, per-project basis. They are not on staff: they are activated when a program or event needs them, under a per-deliverable agreement.
